Template: gwhois/inetd
Type: boolean
Default: true
Description: Install gwhois into the inetd configuration?
gwhois can either be used standalone or as a daemon listening on the
standard whois port (43) allowing normal whois clients to query it.
 .
This can be interesting for example if you want to setup a generic whois
server for your company or coworkers which can then use their standard
whois-client (e.g. a windows client) and still make use of the intelligent
 features of gwhois.

Template: gwhois/mail
Type: boolean
Default: false
Description: Send Mail to the developers for improvement?
Under special circumstances gwhois can detect if a query resulted in a
reference to another whois server (e.g. ARIN telling that the asked for ip
 address belongs to the RIPE).
 .
In this cases it sends a mail to one of the developers of gwhois. In this
way the developers can notice that the data file might need to be updated.
 .
As you might dislike this feature, you can disable it here.
